Payment in full is expected at the time of
service. We respectfully request that you
do not ask the cashiers to bill you for
charges. If you need an exception, please
ask to see a member of the business office
staff to make other payment arrangements.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover,
American Express, as well as your personal
check and cash.
Our clinic participates with selected
managed care programs (PPO and HMO).
If you are covered by a managed care
program, you will be asked to pay your
copayment at the time of service. You will
be billed for any non-covered services for
which you are responsible after your
insurance carrier pays its share.
Our office has established a fee schedule
which is within the range normally charged
by physicians of similar specialty in this
area of the country. If you feel that your
insurance company has not paid a
sufficient amount of your charges, you
need to contact them. We will file claims for
charges directly with your insurance
company.
